Song backstory:

In 1986, one of my colleagues brought in his Akai S612 12-bit, rackmount, 6-voice polyphonic sampler for me to play with. It was a very intuitive and easy-to-use looping sequencer.

I created this 16-second loop in real-time, by recording notes as the sequence played.
