I composed this song and first recorded the demo in May 2017.

In 2026, I reimagined and re-recorded the song, but it wasn't complete.
It was waiting for something...lyrics.

My friend, Riina, a poet and artist in Finland, has a book of her poetry called Spirit Verses.

I went through the poems and kept plugging them into the song to see how well they fit the song structure.

"Sunsets are God's Reminder" fit...a little too well, actually. 

Normally, lyrics are written AFTER the song structure is created, and usually the composer and lyricist work together on them. I haven't experienced creating a song where neither party knew about it, and the components were created years and countries apart.

The poem turned into lyrics for the song structure seamlessly. Like a hand into a glove.

Synchronicity, once again.

Somebody upstairs wanted this to happen.
